At CrystalMaggie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear or perfume.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
